CFO advisory

The past 10 years I've operated as CFO in tech companies - predominantly owned by Private Equity. Currently I hold the position as CFO for Lenus ehealth, one of the fastest growing HealthTech SaaS scale-ups in the Nordics. I thrive to challenge and advise other CFOs to;

1. Transform Finance functions to a data-driven and value creating partner to the entire business
2. Effectively develop and execute strategies
3. Succesfully conduct M&A, merger integrations, exit preparations and exit
